"Is the server down?" [How to Tell]

The moment someone can't log in there are many people who pop into the chatbox and start asking, "Is the server down?".

The answer is, "Most likely if you were able to log in but can't at the moment."

The server is brand new and will be restarting frequently for quick updates. Please just be patient and just attempt to log in every few minutes. The server will be back soon and you should be able to log in.

Even though the site may say there are people online it isn't always 100% accurate so just assume that if you can't log in there is something being updated real quickly.

The server isn't really "new". It's just revived.

I know that but it's new in it's revival. So what I said still applies. Hopefully within a week things should be stable enough.
